  • The lawyer-customer relationship arises only after the serious, free and informed consent of both parties involved, an agreement that will be followed, mandatorily, by the signing of a Legal Assistance Contract.
  • However, all information provided is subject to Law 51/1995 and the Statute of the Lawyer’s Profession, so that it will be kept confidential, even if a Legal Assistance Contract is not signed, professional secrecy being opposable erga omnes, including to judicial bodies.

  • If a clause in these Terms and Conditions is found to be null or void, the other terms remain valid.
  • The version of these Terms published on the website at the date of use is the one valid.
